Our Terms & Conditions

We are more than happy to take custom orders. Depending on our workload and personal commitments, your custom reborn will take 6-8 weeks to complete. Layby is available up to 8 weeks (or longer if needed).

We require a deposit of 10% of the total doll price. This is non-refundable. As you can appreciate, the cost of importing these beautiful moulds is quite expensive due to the exchange rate and overseas postal charges. Your reborn would also have been commenced in accordance to the conditions you have requested.

You will be able to choose the doll mould, gender, eye colour, hair colour and name. All reborns come with a nappy, wrap, personalised birth certificate & care instructions. Outfit is an optional extra, as you may wish to dress your own baby in a special outfit you have already.

Postage will depend on where you live and all dolls are sent professionally packaged. Postage price also includes registration, insurance & Delivery Confirmation. Your reborn will be sent to you once all payments have been finalised and cleared.

Payment Options: Direct Deposit, Paypal, Bank Cheque or Money Order (personal cheques not accepted).

Just like real babies no two reborns are ever quite the same. If there is a doll in our Gallery that you love we can try to create something similar for you.

Please note: The faces you can choose from are subject to availability, as some companies are retiring their moulds or only produce a limited number. Please contact us if you would like a custom baby so we can make enquiries regarding its availability.
